Uploads and Templates

Learn how to effectively use uploads, templates, and labels to create better property ad images.

Image Uploads

Upload Limits

  • Maximum 5 images per prompt
  • 2 MB maximum per image
  • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP
  • High resolution (at least 1920x1080)
  • Well-lit property photos
  • Clear, focused shots
  • Professional quality when possible

Upload Tips

  • Use landscape orientation for property exteriors
  • Portrait orientation for tall buildings
  • Square crops work well for social media
  • Remove watermarks or overlays

Templates

Templates are reusable design layouts that maintain consistency across your property ads.

What is a Template?

A template is a saved design that includes:

  • Layout structure
  • Font choices and sizes
  • Color scheme
  • Element positioning
  • Logo placement

Creating Templates

From SVG Mode:

  1. Generate your perfect SVG design
  2. Fine-tune in the SVG editor
  3. Click “Save as Template”
  4. Name it descriptively
  5. Reuse in future chats

From JPG Mode:

  1. Generate a JPG layout you love
  2. Save it for reference
  3. Use as style guide for future generations

Using Templates

In a new chat:

  1. Start chat (SVG or JPG mode)
  2. Click “Attach Template”
  3. Select from your library
  4. AI uses it as design reference

Template Limits:

  • 1 template per chat maximum
  • Template sets the design direction
  • Can’t switch templates mid-chat

Template Library Management

Organize your templates:

  • Name clearly: “Luxury Listing - Blue”, “Open House - Modern”
  • Categorize: By property type, season, or campaign
  • Update regularly: Archive outdated designs
  • Share: Export templates for team use

Labels and Tags

Labels help AI understand your uploaded images and how to use them correctly.

Available Labels

1. Property

  • Marks main property images
  • AI knows these are the hero photos
  • Used for primary visual content

2. Interior

  • Interior room photos
  • Secondary property images
  • Detail shots
  • Your brand logo
  • Watermark placement
  • Company branding

4. Template

  • Designates layout reference
  • AI uses this for design structure
  • Alternative to saved templates

5. Edit ⚠️

  • One edit label at a time
  • Marks specific image to modify
  • Mode-specific (SVG edits in SVG, JPG edits in JPG)

How to Use Labels

When uploading:

  1. Select your images
  2. Click label dropdown
  3. Assign appropriate label
  4. AI uses labels to place assets correctly

Example workflow:

Upload 1: Property photo → Label: "Property"
Upload 2: Logo → Label: "Logo"
Upload 3: Interior shot → Label: "Interior"

Special Label: Edit

The edit label is unique and powerful.

Edit Label Rules

  • Only ONE edit label in upload buffer at a time
  • ✅ SVG images → Edit in SVG mode
  • ✅ JPG images → Edit in JPG mode
  • ❌ Cannot mix modes for editing

Using Edit Label

To edit an existing image:

  1. Add the image to chat
  2. Apply “Edit” label
  3. Write your edit request
  4. AI modifies that specific image

Example:

  • Upload: previous-design.svg
  • Label: “Edit”
  • Prompt: “Change headline to ‘NEW LISTING‘“
