Quick Start Guide

Get up and running with PropAify in just 3 simple steps. Start creating professional real estate ad images in minutes.

Step 1: Open a Chat

Choose your mode based on what you want to create:

  • SVG Mode: For brand-consistent, editable templates
  • JPG Mode: For AI-rich, stylized visuals

Each mode has its own strengths, so pick the one that fits your current needs.

Step 2: Add Your Inputs

Customize your generation with:

  • Write a prompt: Describe the image you want to create
  • Upload images (optional): Add up to 5 property photos (2 MB each)
  • Attach a template (optional): Use a saved template as your starting point

Tip: Be specific in your prompts. Instead of “create an ad,” try “create a luxury property ad with modern fonts and blue accents.”

Step 3: Generate & Refine

  • Generate up to 25 images per chat thread
  • Edit using the SVG editor (for SVG mode) or AI chat edits
  • Mix and match elements from different generations
  • Download your favorites individually or all at once
