Understanding PropAify’s technical limits and best practices helps you work efficiently and avoid common issues.

Generation Limits

Per Chat Thread

  • Maximum 25 images can be generated
  • Includes all iterations and variations
  • Applies to both SVG and JPG modes
  • Start new chat when limit reached

Per Prompt

  • Up to 5 images can be uploaded
  • 2 MB maximum per image file
  • 1 template per chat
  • 1 edit label per upload buffer

File Requirements

  • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP
  • Maximum size: 2 MB per file
  • Recommended resolution: 1920x1080 or higher
  • Aspect ratios: Any, but 16:9 or 1:1 recommended

SVG Mode

Capabilities:

Editing Rules

The Edit Label

Critical Rules:

  • 🔴 Only ONE edit label at a time in upload buffer
  • 🔴 SVG images must be edited in SVG mode
  • 🔴 JPG images must be edited in JPG mode
  • 🔴 Cannot mix modes for editing

Why These Rules Exist

One edit label:

  • Ensures clarity about what’s being modified
  • Prevents conflicting edit requests
  • Maintains workflow simplicity

Mode-specific editing:

  • SVG and JPG have different structures
  • Each requires specific editing approach
  • Mixing would produce errors

Photo Fidelity

SVG Mode: Exact Preservation

  • ✅ Your photos placed exactly as uploaded
  • ✅ No AI modification

JPG Mode: AI Interpretation

  • ⚠️ AI tries to match photos closely
  • ⚠️ Not guaranteed to be exact copies
  • ⚠️ Some details may vary
  • ⚠️ Artistic interpretation applied

For exact photo placement, always use SVG mode.

Credit System Limits

Generation Costs

  • 50 credits per AI image generation
  • 0 credits for SVG manual edits

  • 0 credits for gallery browsing

Credit Validity

  • Subscription credits: Roll over indefinitely (while subscribed)
  • Top-up credits: Valid for 1 year from purchase
  • Active subscription required to use top-up credits

Common Issues and Solutions

Issue: “Cannot upload more images”

Cause: Multiple edit labels or mode mismatch
